WHAT ARE BOUTIQUE WINES ?
Boutique wines are produced in very limited quantity (unlike mass production wines sold in supermarket). Unlike a lot of WineClubs our wines come directly from the wineries. They are mostly organic and exclusive on the Florida Market.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SHIPMENT ?
Each shipment contains 3 to 6 standard sized wine bottles (750ml) and our Cellar notes which describes the wines, regions and other wine related informations. No pricing or billing information is ever included in our shipments.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ?
$45 to $150 per shipment depending on your package (Discovery, Premium or Fun Package). Prices include shipping, handling and taxes.
IS THERE A MINIMUM OF MONTHS I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR ?
No. Unlike other Clubs, there are no monthly minimums and no cancellation fees.
WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST ORDER SHIPPED ?
Generally, orders are delivered the first week of the month. Sometimes it can be as fast as the same day!

CAN I MODIFY MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Of course! You can easily skip a month, change your package, double the wine quantity. Simply go on ''My Account''. Don't forget to Log in.
I'M HOSTING AN EVENT/PARTY/DINNER. I ONLY WANT WINES FOR THAT EVENT. IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes. You can call us and we will format the perfect wines & quantity for your needs. We will make sure that you get them when you need them. Order need to be made at least 3 business days prior the the Event. (305) 922-1516
DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT ?
Yes. An adult signature is required to receive your order. Is's always a good idea to ship to an address where someone can receive it, because this keeps the recipient from having to go and pick up the shipment at our office. Business addresses are highly recommended for this reason. Our shipment is in plain brown box. Since most of our wines are organic, we want to keep our boxes has simple as possible.
I REALLY LIKED ONE OF YOUR WINE. COULD I HAVE 6 BOTTLES OF THAT SPECIFIC WINE IN MY NEXT SHIPMENT ?
Unlike most Wine Clubs, you can choose 1 specific wine for your package. Simply write us at: email@example.com and let us know which wine you would like.As simple as that.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED ?
We offer a 100% guarantee. If you ever get a bottle that has gone bad from being cooked or just didn't travel well, just let us know and we will replace it, no questions asked.
FOR WINE GIFT CERTIFICATE, DOES THE PERSON RECEIVING TE CERTIFICATE GET TO CHOOSE THE WINES ?
No. Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the excitement of experiencing our latest selections for the first time.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP ?
You simply go to ''My Account''. You must be logged in.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BEFORE THE 1st OF THE MONTH if you want the cancellation to take place for that month. Just include the name and address of where it's being shipped.
