This Champagne in Blanc de Noirs mono-grape variety will surprise you with its marked franc. Its notes of citrus fruits and red fruits reveal a corpulent, ample and fleshy mouth.
Expression in the finesse of our terroir of the Côte des Bar.
Light golden dress with coppery highlights. Creamy foam and very fine bubbles. Fresh nose marked by freshly squeezed black grapes with notes of citrus fruits and red fruits. Corpulent, ample, fleshy mouth with buttered notes and fresh honey. The fruity aromas are highlighted by a very pleasant freshness. Unlike the white champagnes of black "classic" that may seem a little "heavy" or too powerful, this original vintage surprises by its wide aromatic palette, its roundness and its length.
Advised for the aperitif and with artisanal cold cuts or oysters.
Scallops and rissoto with cep mushrooms.
